Ventilation

Apple Technical Solutions can offer a complete ventilation package from design to completion. We have projects from a basic extract wall fan with integral controls to complex commercial systems with supply, extract, heating and heat recovery.

Our complex systems comprise of galvanised rectangular systems and spiral systems conforming to BESA DW144 specification for duct metal sheet work, DW145 the installation of fire and smoke dampers and DW143 ductwork and air leakage testing. Rectangular ducts are manufactured in house, we also provide an insulation service and over-cladding with aluminium stucco for superior weatherproofing.

Our maintenance teams are fully trained and compliant with the B&ES TR19 Standards for ductwork and kitchen extract cleaning to comply with insurance requirements. (Compliance reg EU852/2004).
